ABOUT BOOKING KWT: - BOOKING
KWT ON BLOCK ISLAND, NANTUCKET, MARTHA'S VINEYARD OR ANY OTHER ISLANDS: KWT
needs a minimum of 6 months notice to reserve ferry transport and accommodations
on the islands, so please reserve your dates well in advance by calling
203-466-7286. For holiday weekends, minimum stays on the islands are 2-3 nights.
Costs for room, vehicle transport on ferry and passenger transport on ferry
will be added to the performance fees. It is very important to plan way ahead
for island events in the coming season! For engagements based on the mainland,
please call KWT at least 3 months prior to your desired engagement date.
- MEALS: All engagements include meals and non-alcoholic
beverages for the band and crew. Meals must be the same as they are for guests
at the engagement, or whatever is being served. Dining arrangements must be
made in advance with the caterer at the engagement and confirmed with KWT.
- POWER REQUIREMENTS: Client agrees to provide U.S. standard
UL approved reliable electrical service to KWT at the site of engagement. Minimum
requirements are 110 volts, 60 cycles, 1500 watts, minimum 30 amperes capability
on a circuit free of encumbrances such as compressors, convection ovens, other
lighting, rheostats or other heavy electrical loads. Client agrees to repair or
replace any KWT equipment that fails or is damaged due to client’s failure to
provide specified power supply.
- COVER: Client agrees to provide sufficient protection
from elements, weather, direct sunlight and rain for KWT and its equipment while
KWT performs. This includes a canopy or tent overhead, covering a minimum of 15’
x 20’, or a location inside a facility, and cooling systems or heating systems,
where necessary.
